We needed financing fast for a high-demand property in a competitive market. Sarah worked overtime with us to get us a great rate in a short amount of time. She has continued to check in with us and guide us post-purchase to make sure we are happy and on track. Working with Sarah gave us so much confidence and comfort during a very stressful time. We have recommended Sarah to all our friends and family. Although we are in our dream home now, if we ever move again - Sarah will be our first call.

Sarah was so amazing and helpful! My husband and I had a special case as I was new to Canada and required more documentation for mortgage approval. She assisted us through every step, and was very responsive whenever I had questions. I highly recommend Ratefair when for financing your mortgage, as they are extremely efficient and hands on.

With the market moving fast I found the right home for me, but had to have everything set up with a fairly pressured deadline. Brent was extremely professional, responsive and incredibly easy to deal with. He rarely missed a call and if he did, would respond within minutes, any time, any day. He definitely had his finger on the pulse the entire way through, found me a great rate and made the process very stress free, given the short time frame we had. It is easy to tell he takes pride in his work and knows how to navigate the process through experience and knowledge.

Initially I was hesitant on going out side of the big banks for a mortgage, but Brent was very insightful and helpful when it came to showing the benefits as well as the similarities that other lenders have with the big banks. Brent was always available for questions, ans was truly honest and understanding during the whole process. He helped me secure a great rate and made the annoying process of getting a first time mortgage much easier.

Brent secured a low rate for my wife and I. When the lender unexpectedly pulled out at the last minute, Brent worked tirelessly to get us the same great deal with a different lender within 24 hours. I would recommend him to anyone.

In searching for the right mortgage for my first ever home, I was set up with Brent Leah from Ratefair and he was incredibly helpful and insightful right from our first conversation. Brent was able to get me set up quickly and effectively. He was very easy to work with and was always there when I had questions to help me better understand my situation and get me into the best mortgage possible. It was easy to tell that the team at Ratefair has a customer-first mindset and it is in their best interest to get their clients into the best mortgage that suits their situation.
